About
July 29th, 2006In the third month of 2006, Matt (a.k.a. shmatt) departed the lands that he had called home for the prior 30 years, set sail across the stormy sea to distant, unknown lands on an epic missionary journey, and found himself stranded in a little known village settled hundreds of years earlier by pilgrams also, co-incidently, from his home town of Launceston, Tasmania.Â
The following day, his wife, Louisa and three children, Elly, Jay and Matilda also joined him in Melbourne, ariving by aircraft.
This is our story, our discoveries, musing and our passions. It tells the story of our ups and downs as we start out and stumble through our new life, with the aim of planting and cultivating a community of Christians with a desire to live out a truly authentic spirituality that conforms to the true and truly good message of Jesus.
