Not directly, no.  I am positive that they would make no such intentional action.  But seemily by their trade practices in the US in purchasing tomatos and salads for their US restaraunts, they make it near impossible for workers in the field to make a fair day’s pay, even giving rise to a new era of slavery in Florida.
